Nr. 112921) of the Audit Firm &#8220;PKF Euroconsulting S.A.&#8221;, decided unanimously to grant a special permission, which is valid for six (6) months, pursuant to article 100 of Law 4548\/2018, as now in force, to provide guarantees in favor of <strong>&#8220;EPSILON SINGULARLOGIC S.A.&#8221; <\/strong>(affiliated party in the meaning of the Law 4548\/2018, as now in force, and IAS 24) referred now as the <strong>Borrower<\/strong>, to the following:<\/p>\n<p>A. The banking company under the name &#8220;EUROBANK S.A.&#8221; for the refinancing of a loan up to the amount of euro six hundred seventy-five thousand (\u20ac 675,000.00), which resulted from the spin-off of the sector of commercial applications for businesses and ERP that have been developed with the use of the PYLON platform and its contribution by EPSILON NET S.A. to the Borrower.<\/p>\n<p>B. The banking company under the name &#8220;NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE S.A.&#8221; for the refinancing of a loan up to the amount of euro one million five hundred and seventy-five thousand (\u20ac 1,575,000.00), which resulted from the spin-off of the commercial software applications for businesses and ERP that have been developed using the PYLON platform and its contribution by EPSILON NET S.A. to the Borrower.<\/p>\n<p>C.
