{"id":6724,"date":"2022-06-30T17:46:53","date_gmt":"2022-06-30T14:46:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ir.epsilonnet.gr\/2022\/06\/30\/announcement-for-share-buy-back-program\/"},"modified":"2022-06-30T17:46:53","modified_gmt":"2022-06-30T14:46:53","slug":"announcement-for-share-buy-back-program","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ir.epsilonnet.gr\/en\/2022\/06\/announcement-for-share-buy-back-program\/","title":{"rendered":"ANNOUNCEMENT FOR SHARE BUY BACK PROGRAM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>EPSILON NET S.A<\/strong>. announces that at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on June 30, 2022, approved the implementation of a program for the purchase of own shares through the Athens Stock Exchange in accordance with the provisions of article 49 of Law 4548\/2018 and pursuant to Regulation EU\/596\/2014 and delegated regulation EU\/1052\/2016.<\/p>\n<p>Specifically, the Ordinary General Meeting approved the implementation of a program for the acquisition of own shares, with a maximum number of 2,710,000 shares (5% of the paid-up share capital).
