{"id":7064,"date":"2022-11-16T11:03:04","date_gmt":"2022-11-16T09:03:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ir.epsilonnet.gr\/2022\/11\/epsilon-net-strategic-partnership-with-nbg-group\/"},"modified":"2022-11-16T11:04:00","modified_gmt":"2022-11-16T09:04:00","slug":"epsilon-net-strategic-partnership-with-nbg-group","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ir.epsilonnet.gr\/en\/2022\/11\/epsilon-net-strategic-partnership-with-nbg-group\/","title":{"rendered":"EPSILON NET: Strategic partnership with NBG Group"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>EPSILON NET<\/strong> (the &#8220;Company&#8221;) informs the investment community, in accordance with the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange, that it has entered into a <strong>strategic cooperation agreement<\/strong> with the <strong>National Bank Group<\/strong> (&#8220;NBG&#8221;).<\/p>\n<p>The Company and NBG signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that provides for the conclusion of a long-term, exclusive cooperation between EPSILON NET and NBG for the joint development of technological applications &amp; products in the fields of Business Software, <strong>fintech<\/strong>, automation of <strong>electronic payments<\/strong> as well as the wider exploitation of the possibilities arising in the context of the digital transformation of the Greek economy. Among other solutions, the direct interconnection of EPSILON NET&#8217;s <strong>ERP<\/strong> applications with NBG&#8217;s systems is foreseen, utilizing its advanced <strong>Open Banking<\/strong> platform in the area of <strong>Embedded Finance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The distribution of banking services and products will be addressed to the 125,000 businesses and freelancers who currently use EPSILON NET&#8217;s systems, to NBG\u2019s small and medium-sized business clients and to any other Greek company.<\/p>\n<p>The conclusion of the final contracts is subject to the completion of the negotiation and agreement on the terms of the final contractual texts.<\/p>\n<p>The CEO of NBG, <strong>Mr. Pavlos Mylonas<\/strong> said: &#8220;We are excited about this new strategic partnership that brings banking more in line with the current and international standards of the digital world.
