EPSILON NET S.A.<\/strong> announces, according to L.3556\/2007, that Mr. Ioannis Michos<\/strong>, Chairman and CEO of the Company, according to his June 9th, 2023, notification to the Company, on June 8th, 2023, sold 4,065,000 shares of EPSILON NET and he currently holds shares. corresponding to 55.41% stake of the total voting rights of EPSILON NET S.A.<\/p>\n

Number of shares and equal number of voting rights before the transaction:<\/span><\/p>\n

Direct participation 62.91% (i.e. 34,100,000 common registered voting shares),
\nIndirect participation 0% (i.e. 0 common registered voting shares and total participation percentage and voting rights (direct and indirect) 62.91% (i.e.34,100,000 common registered voting shares) of EPSILON NET S.A.<\/p>\n

Direct participation 55.41% (i.e. 30,035,000 common registered voting shares),
\nindirect participation 0% (i.e. 0 common registered voting shares) and total percentage of participation and voting rights (direct and indirect) 55.41% (i.e.30,035,000 common registered voting shares) of EPSILON NET S.A.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In the context of the same transaction pursuant to which Mr. Ioannis Michos, allocated 7.50%of the total voting rights of EPSILON NET S.A., Mr. Ioannis Michos acquired an option to dispose an additional 7.5% of, at the time of its exercise right, existing and fully paid up share capital of EPSILON NET S.A, which can be exercised during a period of six months from the publication of the audited financial statements of EPSILON NET S.A. for the financial year 2025. The activation of the option to dispose of an additional percentage according to the above is subject to specific conditions, which cannot be exercised unconditionally or at the discretion of Mr. IOANNIS MICHOS, within the meaning of Article 11 para. 1(a) of Law 3556\/2007, and refers exclusively for reasons of transparency and completeness of information.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
