The company has reassessed the accounting application of IFRS 2 regarding the Stock Option Plan in the form of stock options<\/strong> established for employees & officers of the Group and proceeded to the estimation of the fair value<\/strong> of the granted equity instruments on the grant date, for 30\/6\/2022 and 31\/12\/2022.<\/p>\n Based on the reassessment, an accrued expense<\/strong> was recognized that is charged to the Results for the period 01\/01\/2022 – 30\/06\/2022, for the Group by \u20ac3,973<\/strong>th<\/strong>. and for the Company by \u20ac2,329th.<\/strong> and for the period 01\/07\/2022 \u2013 31\/12\/2022, for the Group by \u20ac5,702th.<\/strong>\u00a0 and for the Company by \u20ac4,058th.<\/strong>, while at the same time a special reserve<\/strong> was created entitled “Reserve from the issue of stock options” (as part of Equity) of equal value, which amounts to \u20ac3,973th<\/strong>. on 30\/06\/2022 for the Group and for the Company an amount of \u20ac3,973th.<\/strong> and on 31\/12\/2022 for the Group an amount of \u20ac5,702th<\/strong>. and for the Company an amount of \u20ac5,702th<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Thus, profit before tax on 30\/06\/2022<\/strong> is reduced in the Group by \u20ac3,973th.<\/strong> (from \u20ac8,593th. to \u20ac4,620th.) <\/strong>and in the Company by \u20ac2,329th.
