EPSILON NET S.A. (the “Company”) notifies the investment community of the completion of the Share Buy-Back Program, which was approved in accordance with the provisions of article 49 of Law 4548/2018, by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company on September 2, 2020.

The Company, during the implementation of the Program (from 02.09.2020 to 02.09.2022) did not acquire own shares and after the expiration of the program does not own any of its own shares.
