EPSILON NET S.A.  announces its participation in the new company, under the name "GJVS HOLDINGS S.A.".

GJVS was created to form a broad alliance in the field of hospitality technology, in which EPSILON NET participates with 40%, Aquerdo Software with 30%, MITSIS PC with 20% and Panadvert with 10%.

The share capital of GJVS HOLDINGS S.A. amounts to 775 thousand euros. It is divided into 77,500 common registered shares, worth 10 euros each.

In the new company, the President of the Board of Directors is Mr. Ioannis Michos and CEO Mr. Victor Matsas. Mr. Stavros Mitsis and Mr. Yiannis Yannatos are members of the Board of Directors.

The establishment of GJVS is another important move in the implementation of EPSILON NET Group’s business plan, aiming to create technological innovation solutions for the "hotel of the future".
