OF THE SUBMISSION OF THE REQUEST TO THE HELLENIC CAPITAL MARKET COMMISSION FOR THE DELISTING OF ALL THE COMPANY’S SHARES FROM THE ATHENS STOCK EXCHANGE

The societe anonyme company with the name “EPSILON NET SOCIETE ANONYME FOR INFORMATICS, EDUCATION AND HIGH TECHNOLOGY PRODUCTS” (hereinafter the “Company“) informs the investors that today, 20 September 2024, Friday at 11:00 a.m., the Extraordinary Self-convened Universal General Meeting of the Company’s shareholders met and unanimously decided to delist all of the Company’s shares from the Athens Stock Exchange and submit a relevant request to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, in accordance with the provisions of article 17 par. 5 of Law 3371/2005.

At the same time, the necessary authorizations were given for the implementation of the above decision and the submission of the relevant delisting request.

Following the above decision, the delisting request was submitted to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission on the same day.
