EPSILON SINGULARLOGIC, a member of the EPSILONNET Group, announces the successful go-live of the Galaxy Pharma solution at NEWPHARM as of November 1, 2025, completing another significant implementation in the pharmaceutical warehouse sector.
NEWPHARM S.A., headquartered in Ioannina, is currently the largest private pharmaceutical warehouse and distribution center (3rd Party Logistics services provider) in Northwestern Greece. The company serves more than 650 pharmacies daily across the wider Epirus region, as well as the regional units of Corfu, Lefkada, Trikala, Larissa, Attica, Corinthia, Fthiotida, and Aetolia-Acarnania, through the wholesale distribution of pharmaceuticals, parapharmaceutical products, cosmetics, veterinary products, and a wide range of other medical devices.
The project was particularly complex, as it included the integration of Galaxy Pharma, the comprehensive pharmaceutical warehouse management solution by EPSILON SINGULARLOGIC and EPSILON CSA, with WMS, B2B, SFA, and Knapp robotic systems. This integration enhances NEWPHARM’s operational efficiency by covering all business operations within a unified environment and providing advanced tools for monitoring, integration, and process optimization.
The successful production launch at NEWPHARM confirms the steady pace of Galaxy Pharma implementations within the sector, further strengthening the solution’s footprint in the Greek pharmaceutical warehouse market.
