The company Epsilon Net SA” (hereby “Company”), according to the current legislation, announces that during its ΒοD meeting on April 16, 2020, decided to elect Ms. Aikaterini Daskalopoulou as the new non-executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company, -to replace Mr. Spyridon Pampoukidis who resigned-, for the rest of the term of office of the Company’s BoD , ie until 11/15/2024.

The election of the new member of the Board of Directors in accordance with Law 4548/2018- (article 82 par. 1), will be announced at the next General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.
