Epsilon Net gained one of the most important distinctions since its foundation. In a glittering ceremony, which was organized by the international association Great Place to Work and held on Thursday, June 8th in Palais Brongniart in Paris, Epsilon Net was ranked 19th, being the only Greek company in the medium workplace category. The award was received by the President and CEO of Epsilon Net, Mr. Ioannis Michos.

After receiving the award Mr. Michos stated: This European distinction of Epsilon Net, which comes after three consecutive national awards, is the culmination of our efforts to build a working culture that respects employees’ everyday life, but also provides a convenient ground for achieving their goals. Our dedication to work values is reflected in the smile, will and pride of our employees and keeps us together as a united team that shares common dreams. We feel that our significant efforts in these difficult economic times have been justified, and we will continue to work with the same intensity and self-denial, as part of our corporation vision, for the continuous growth and progress of the company and our people.”

The Great Place to Work association evaluates and rewards the exemplary work environment. The Europe’s Best Workplaces ranking list is compiled after anonymous research in which employees are asked to evaluate the company they are working on in a range of issues such as reliability, respect, fairness, pride, team orientation.

The high position in this ranking that reflects the high level of acceptance of our corporate vision and strategy, as well as the concurrence of company’s and its peoples’ goals, is a benchmark for all of us in Epsilon Net. Employees’ responses on which the research is based, help us to systematically identify and integrate new developments in the area of human resources, and thus enabling us to maintain our company’s culture alive and healthy. This award serves as an external and objective affirmation that we all work for a great company.
