EPSILON NET Group announces that the Group’s company and a 100% subsidiary of EPSILON NET SA, Epsilon CSA (www.csagreece.com) has agreed with LAVISOFT SA to acquire the pharmacy management software LAVINET for a price of €184,000.
This specific software, which serves more than 150 entities throughout Greece, is one of the oldest and most important systems in the pharmacies sector, while one of its main features is the ability to meet the specific requirements of pharmacies operating under a common commercial network.
With this agreement, Epsilon CSA further strengthens its market share and leading position in the provision of integrated software solutions in the field of pharmacies, a vertical market that is of particular interest in relation to the digital transformation in the healthcare sector and the new modern service needs created.
Epsilon CSA is the Group’s specialized company in providing systems and specialized services in the areas of:
• pharmacies
• pharmaceutical warehouses
The company has followed over time, the ever-changing business models through which the profession of pharmacist is practiced and based on them evolves the systems it offers.
The goal is to offer high performance and interoperability solutions to the approximately 5,500 pharmacies it supports as well as to the collaborating pharmaceutical warehouses, strengthening, beyond businesswise, their particularly important role as primary health service providers.
