Epsilon Net S.A. (the “Company”) announces the receipt of the following letter from TeamSystem S.p.A. (the “TS”):

“Further to our notification to you regarding our acquisition of a 0.57% interest in shares of Epsilon Net S.A. (the Company), we want to reassure you (in light of the mandatory tender offer (MTO) that has been made in respect of the outstanding shares in the Company) that our investment was made for general business purposes. It is now our intention to sell any shares in the Company held by us to the MTO bid vehicle, Ginger Digital BidCo Single Member SA, on or prior to the settlement of the MTO or tender those shares into the MTO.”
