Epsilon Net S.A. (the “Company”) after receiving relative notice, announces, according to article 24 par. 2 (a) of Law 3461/2006, that the company TeamSystem S.p.A. (the “TS”), from 02.05.2024 until 10.05.2024, acquired through stock exchange transactions a total of 307,190 common registered shares issued by Epsilon Net S.A. (the “Company”), for a maximum price of EUR 12.00 per share.

Following these acquisitions, TS holds approximately 0.57% of the Company’s voting rights as of 10.05.2024.
