EPSILONNET announces the completion of the relocation of its headquarters to its new, privately-owned offices in Pylaia, Thessaloniki. This project marks a new era for the Group.
The new facilities are located at 92 Georgikis Scholis Avenue, in Eastern Thessaloniki, near the IKEA Public Transport Hub, Florida Park, and Apollonia Politia, just 3.5 km from “Macedonia” Airport. The standalone building complex has a total area of 7,300 sq.m.

The relocation of the Thessaloniki offices, along with the completion—within the next few months—of the privately-owned facilities in Athens at the 12th km of the Athens–Lamia National Road in Metamorfosi, Attica, represent major investments in the future of EPSILONNET and serve as accelerators for its further growth.
The Thessaloniki facilities will house the Group’s headquarters and administrative services, as well as the Digital Technology & Innovation Center, with a strong focus on Information Systems, Fintech & Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. The new center strengthens EPSILONNET’s strategy for growth, technological leadership, and investment in human capital, while also providing for the creation of an “incubator” aimed at fostering collaboration with the academic community and the startup ecosystem.
As part of its technological strategy, EPSILONNET is investing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and systematically enhancing its machine learning and predictive analytics capabilities within its business applications. The goal is to develop “smart” functionalities that automate processes, improve productivity, and support customers’ decision-making.
These initiatives are part of the Group’s €100 million investment plan over the next 5–7 years, which has already been announced and includes organic growth, targeted acquisitions, R&D strengthening, and further international expansion of the Group.
EPSILONNET President, Mr. Ioannis Michos stated:
“The relocation of our headquarters in Thessaloniki, along with our new offices in Athens that will be completed in the coming months, marks a milestone that connects our operational upgrade with our long-term technological strategy. With our new infrastructure, we are creating an ideal environment where our teams collaborate to deliver solutions that bring measurable value to our customers.”
