EPSILON NET S.A. on 18/09/2020 in application of the provisions of Law 3556/2007, informed the investment community that the shareholder under the name “BARCA GLOBAL MASTER FUND L.P.”, on 17.09.2020 acquired shares and voting rights and holds a total of 811,000 shares, corresponding to 6.05% of its total voting rights of EPSILON NET S.A., and noted that the above-mentioned shareholder is not controlled by any natural person or legal entity, following the information and observations made, in accordance with the law in the above announcement.
Today, EPSILON NET S.A. after the necessary information and clarifications that were communicated to the company on 08/10/2020 by “BARCA GLOBAL MASTER FUND L.P.”, following the notifications from 28/09/2020 of Barca Capital Partners LLC and Ryan Floyd, announces that the shareholder with the name “BARCA GLOBAL MASTER FUND L.P.” on 17.09.2020 acquired shares and voting rights and now holds a total of 811,000 shares, corresponding to 6.05% of all voting rights of EPSILON NET S.A., is controlled by Barca Capital Partners LLC, in which all voting rights are controlled by Ryan Floyd and indirectly control 6.05% of the voting rights of the company.
