1. Manis Panteleimon of Anastasios, Independent Non-Executive Member of the BoD, as Chairman,
2. Gkinoglou Dimitrios of Emmanuel, Independent Non-Executive Member of the BoD, as a Member and
3. Aikaterini of Georgios, Non-Executive Member of the BoD, as a Member.
