EPSILON NET S.A. (the “Company”) notifies the investment community of the completion of the Share Buyback Program, which was approved in accordance with the provisions of article 49 of Law 4548/2018, by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company on June 30th 2022.
The Company, during the implementation of the Program (from 30.06.2022 to 29.06.2023) did not acquire own shares and after the expiration of the program does not own any of its own shares.
